Firstly, I wanted to thank you for your continuing support during this challenging time. Following the UK Prime Minister’s announcement last night, I’d like to update you on what we’re doing to support you and our people.

Under Government existing guidelines, we’re currently categorised as a provider of essential goods and will therefore remain open to support you and your customers and to ensure we keep on providing essential services to the nation. We’ll continue to supply, responsibly, unless the government deems it necessary to extend restrictions to include our business.

To minimise any further disruption to your business, we’ve ramped up our stock of key products and are currently maintaining a full delivery service to provide you with the materials you need. All our sales and operations teams are working remotely and are available to help with quotes, projects and any technical guidance you may need via phone, email or Skype.

Our staff and our customers well-being is our top priority and we are following Government and Public Health advice underlining the importance of maintaining the strongest hygiene protocols with regards to COVID-19. We will endeavour to deliver projects and materials as seamlessly as possible throughout these trying times.
