All information you provide to us is stored on our secure offsite servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Access request from the 25 May 2018 are free of charge, however where the request made is excessive or manifestly unfounded, we may charge a ‘reasonable fee’. This fee will cover the administrative costs of providing you with details of the information we hold about you. Access request will be responded to within one month from date of receipt and, if required, we are in receipt of sufficient information to locate the information requested.
