8. Governing law and jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms of Use (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law.

The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations) except that if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a consumer resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
